Tom DeHaven, MD
Dr. DeHaven was a part of DeHaven Eye Clinic long before becoming a surgeon. As a long-time resident of East Texas, he has a particular concern for his neighbors. That's why he has focused on providing the best eye surgery possible.

Richard Moore, MD
Dr. Richard Moore provides optimal medical and surgical vision care to the residents of East Texas as a member of the DeHaven Eye Clinic team. He specializes in cataract, glaucoma, refractive and laser surgery as well as the medical treatment of most eye diseases including diabetic retinopathy, dry eyes, and macular degeneration.
Dr. Moore joined DeHaven Eye Clinic in July 2015 and sees patients in Tyler, Longview and Mineola.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, Dr. Moore completed his Internal Medicine internship and Ophthalmology residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. He continued his training with a fellowship in Glaucoma at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center's Department of Ophthalmology in Dallas.
Dr. Moore is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, the Texas Ophthalmological Association and the Texas Medical Association. He is on the medical staffs of both the East Texas Medical Center and the Trinity Mother Francis Health System.
John Deaton, OD
Dr. Deaton has helped thousands of patients regain and improve their vision. By taking time to understand every patient's needs prior to treatment, Dr. Deaton is able to provide solutions that are unique to the individual.
